Background
Since 1988, Donald R. Cady, CPA, has been providing personalized, sensible financial guidance and tax consulting for individuals and business including not-for-profit entities. Don’s experience includes budgeting and cash flow planning along with financial statement preparation and analysis. My services also include tax preparation and planning to allow you to be in control of your tax cash flow needs by anticipating them rather than reacting to those needs. As part of my tax planning, I also assist in the selection of your business entity and obtaining the required identification numbers and licenses.
I began working for a large international CPA firm in 1981 which gave me the expertise and training provided by that organization but I also worked in private industry for five years gaining the small business perspective. Add to these experiences 23 years of working with small businesses and individuals and I have the unique background required to efficiently and competently service my clients in their tax and accounting needs.

Donald R. Cady, CPA has a goal to make you as successful as you can be so we can have a long relationship together. Your focus needs to be on the operation of your business and not on the details of the tax and accounting preparation. My experience of 23 years allows me to take care of the paperwork requirements of your business while freeing you to make quality decisions regarding the direction of your business and your family. Your time is better spent on the things you enjoy doing rather than the things you are required to do for the government and lenders.
I have the communication skills needed to inform my clients in a way they can easily understand their tax and financial choices and situations. My services are provided at a reasonable rate that is agreed to ahead of time so we become a team working in the same direction rather than a typical CPA relationship that requires a mental cost/benefit analysis before communicating with me. My work hours are adjusted to meet your schedule rather than my schedule; however, I am off on Sundays to recharge my mental batteries.
